Airport: Tucson International Airport * The drive from Tucson International to Patagonia is a gorgeous 1 hour & 10 minute drive. If you decide not to rent a car, we will help you schedule with our local Patagonia shuttle company.
Our home base
Patagonia, a small town of 850 people, sits in the heart of the Madrean Sky Island ecosystem. It’s one of North America and the World's most diverse landscapes and home to the last remaining short grass prairie systems, hundreds of species of migratory birds, and an eclectic community of ranchers, hippies, artists, and athletes. Our lodging at The Gravel House is located 2 miles from our I am the Mountn property, tucked away on a stunning piece of land for you to think and feel to your hearts desire each day. All of your meals are included, and served at our outdoor property as we watch the sun go down over the Patagonia Mountains. Chef, Zander Ault serves breakfast to order, a beautiful lunch, and plated, family style meals under the stars each night.
Farm direct at its best. We serve local/regional foods because it’s the right thing to do for our rural economy and our bodies. Your attendance directly supports southern Arizona’s food network. Team chef, Zander Ault prepares 3 meals a day, each one sharing a story of the season and the travels he's experienced over the course of his 15 years in the business.

Get comfortable at the Historical Patagonia Stage Stop Inn Hotel, Located right in down town Patagonia, within walking distance of everything. .
We’ll pick you up / drop you off each day & shuttle 2 miles to our I am the Mountn location.
Itinerary
* Each morning allows space for you to enjoy a quiet moment however you please before breakfast is served at 8AM. Each room at The Stage Stop Inn has a little kitchenette for you to make food and coffee if you wake up earlier.
* Before breakfast each morning, we provide an optional short guided hike, yoga & Qigong, depending on the day.
* On days 2, 3, and 4: Three, 1 hour private sessions, with I am the Mountn Therapists (Astrological, Intuitive (psychic), and body work) will begin at 9:00 AM each morning.
* Every afternoon, an optional guided group breath work and meditation session is available.
* Upon signing up, you’ll receive a more detailed itinerary & welcome packet.

Check in to your hotel rooms for the week, settle in & enjoy your time!
At 3:30PM, we'll all meet for a short walk/hike (2.5 miles) so stretch your travel legs out and get to know the town a little bit before we begin.
After our walk, we'll head straight to our home base for a fire intention circle & enjoy watching the sunset over Red Mountain all together, followed by a beautiful welcome dinner.

Today is focused on getting to the root of who you are, challenges you’re currently being faced with, transitions ahead, and spending time on questions you’ve come here with.
Optional guided easy hike is from 6:30-8AM, followed by breakfast.

10:00-11:00 AM: 30 minute tea/water/snack break w/ optional sauna (fits 4 people).
11:00 AM-12:00 PM: Private session 2
12:00-1:00 PM: Lunch

3:00-4:00 PM: Optional guided breath work & meditation
3:00-5:30 PM: Open afternoon. Participate in guided meditation, go explore the town, take a nap, etc.
5:30 PM: Happy hour begins, followed by dinner.

Today is spent understanding the complexity of your questions, challenges and transitions. It’s an incredible day of discovery as our therapist share strengths you were born with and a map of a successful direction to head into.
Optional group yoga class is from 7-8AM, followed by breakfast.

Enjoy one last breakfast at 8AM this morning with everyone before you depart. If your schedule allows, we have one last optional short hike available.
